Anyone have a reverse license plate/VIN search that can run a history check on this automobile?

The old “ !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ” no longer supplies the VIN of the vehicle registered to the plates, so I cannot run the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! I usually run.

I can run a carfax with the vin. My access doen’t do the license plate bit.
